Important information to be aware of when buying or selling a unit within Camelot West Owners Association

Camelot West Owners Association must be used or occupied as a Single-Family dwelling purpose only.

Rentals are not allowed.

• Declarations, Bylaws and articles restrict owner from rental of any kind.

Pets are restricted.

• See Rules/Regulations for additional detail.

Prior to remodeling owners must seek approval for structural changes from the board of directors

• Adding Washer/Dryers are prohibited 

Camelot West Owners Association monthly dues pay for the following utilities: Gas, Water/Sewer, Trash, Lawn/Snow

Monthly dues are collected on the 1st of every month. 

• Monthly dues are in the amount of $275.00

• Camelot West does not have the option of accepting electronic payment. 

• Checks should be made payable to Camelot West Owners Association and can be mailed to:
